"Affordable Electric was the only service out of about 14 contacted Twin Cities electrical companies that both responded and was able to do my project. Ceiling fan was installed and receptacles checked per my narrow time window. Fan looks great; bedrooms now have electrician approved "half-hot" receptacle capability. Everyone in the front office acted like they really wanted my business and were very helpful in scheduling my project. Mark the electrician was very professional from start to finish. Having not received any other responses, I'm not sure what the going rate for ceiling fan installations is, but I feel that Affordable Electric's pricing for the work done was very fair."

"My father had them out to do some work that was not done correctly and he had been treated sharply when he called to inquire about the work that has been done. After explaining to Nick, the owner, what had happened not only did he refund my father for the labor that had been done incorrectly, he also PERSONALLY came out to re-install a dimmer switch himself.

As a business owner myself I clearly understand that there is huge value in a company that tries to make things right when things don't go as they should. We greatly appreciated Nick taking care of things and we know that things can go wrong here and there but the fact that he has gone above and beyond to fix it, is amazing. "I was very happy with the work Nick performed at my house. He is a great communicator and problem solver and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it and to code. He had great suggestions on things I hadn't even thought about. Affordable Electric really put our safety first. The prices are mid range and worth every penny, this company does things the right way. They handled my permit and inspection I just had to give a day I was available and allow access to the inspector. The permits lady called me and made sue I was well informed with every step. Mark and Nathan did a great job replacing our 40 year old breaker box and installing dedicated new circuits for additional power in the areas where we needed it. They made sure all of their work was done to current code standards. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. They explained everything they did and labeled the circuits in the new box to make it easy to use. And I'm pretty sure they left the basement work area cleaner than they found it! They worked quickly (and even completed the job earlier than I expected (which was a pleasant surprise!). I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
